Company has web base portal and have main server where all data and information saved. Software
department keep data safe and secure and to help necessary changes require.
IT Department:
Company has IT department oversees the installation and maintenance of computer network systems
within a company and to ensure that the network runs smoothly and install the proper hardware and
software necessary to keep the network functioning properly.
Supply procurement:
Store department ensure to available stoked of necessary raw materialand purchases thread,fabrics,
leather, and other raw materials from local market and suppliers on cash and credits.
Maintenance and Electricity Department:
They look into building, machinery, equipment, electricity and generator to keep functional and maintain
them.

Internal customers
Admin (Managing things from order placement to delivery ofgoods):
Admin are internal customer of the sales department, sales team get orders from customers and sent the
details to admins they created a new account of customers and put all details on portal and uploaded
orders for further process.
Customer can also put their details directly on their portal by login if they already have an account with
company.
Digitizing or Vector Artist department:
Digitizers and vector artist are internal customers of admins they make the designs according to uploaded
details and loaded the file on customer’s portal for customer approval.
Production Department:
Production department is another internal customer of admins, one’s order approve by customers admin
release order for production.
Production department is internal customer of store department too.
Finishing Department:
Finishing department is internal customer of production department. They finished product for ready to
use.
Packing Department:
Packing department is internal customer of finishing department. Packing department make product ready
for delivery.

Define ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) briefly. With respect to your selected
organization please list down main application modules of an ERP system.
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a process used by companies to manage business units, geographic
regions, product lines, supplies and customers. ERP software applications help companies to run their
processes with a single system. An ERP software system can also integrate planning, purchasing
inventory, sales,marketing, finance, human resources,and more.
Enterprise resource planning system as the network that connect together the different computer systems
for a large organization. The systems can be accessed through one application with one interface.
It allow the different departments to communicate and share information more easily with the rest of the
company. It collects information about the activity and state of different divisions, making this
information available to other parts, where it can be used productively.
ERP application can eliminate error duplicate and incompatible technology. The process often integrates
accounts payable, stock control systems, order-monitoring systems, and customer databases into one
system.
Deliberation
ERP systems usually fail to achieve the objectives that influenced their installation because of a
company's reluctance to abandon old working processes that are incompatible with the software. Some
companies are also reluctant to let go of old software that worked well in the past. The key is to
prevent ERP projects from being split into many smaller projects, which can result in cost overruns.
ERP Solutions Providers
Some familiar names are leaders in ERP software. Oracle Corp. (ORCL) originally supplied a relational
database that integrated with ERP software developed by SAP (SAP) before entering the broader
enterprise market in a big way in the early 2000s. Microsoft (MSFT) has long been an industry leader,
with many customers using multiple software applications from the company.

It’s directly associated with the top management. Accounting, Budgeting, Financial control and financial
reporting.
Supply chain management
It includes supply planning, product planning, demand planning, sales and operations planning,
and supply management
Material requirements planning or Manufacturing resource planning
It includes planning and control system for inventory, production, and scheduling purchase raw materials.
Human resource management
Recruiting selecting, inducting employees, providing orientation, imparting training and development,
appraising the performance of employees, deciding compensation and providing benefits and motivating
employees.
Customer relationship management
It is collaborative effort between marketing, sales, and support departments.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a process used by companies to manage business units, geographic regions, product lines, supplies and customers. ERP software applications help companies to run their processes with a single system. An ERP software system can also integrate planning, purchasing inventory, sales,marketing, finance, human resources,and more. Enterprise resource planning system as the network that connect together the different computer systems for a large organization. The systems can be accessed through one application with one interface. It allow the different departments to communicate and share information more easily with the rest of the company. It collects information about the activity and state of different divisions, making this information available to other parts, where it can be used productively. ERP application can eliminate error duplicate and incompatible technology. The process often integrates accounts payable, stock control systems, order-monitoring systems, and customer databases into one system. Deliberation ERP systems usually fail to achieve the objectives that influenced their installation because of a company's reluctance to abandon old working processes that are incompatible with the software. Some companies are also reluctant to let go of old software that worked well in the past. The key is to prevent ERP projects from being split into many smaller projects, which can result in cost overruns. ERP Solutions Providers Some familiar names are leaders in ERP software.
