Responsibilities and work performed:
 Study policies, procedures and work flow of different departments and propose a system for
development, modification in existing system and implementation thereof for existing products or new
products under development. It mainly includes study of different areas of Marketing, Accounts,
Production and Finished Goods Store (FGS) departments dealing with undermentioned products:
 PET Chips Bottle Grade
 PET Preforms & Bottles
 Textile Grade and Film Grade Chips
 BOPET Films
 PET Sheets & Thermoforms
 Polyester Yarn
 Work as consultant of following systems and implement various modules thereof for all products
mentioned above providing solutions to varitiy of problems faced by the departments:
 Marketing System including offer to customer, price mechanisim, costing to reach FOB, Sales
Contracts, logistics for delivery of goods to customer, Banking & Custom documentation and
customer complaints module
 Production System including production planning, actual production, raw material
consumption, work in process, packing and transfer of goods to warehouse.
 Finished Goods Store System including movement of finished goods within the company and
outside the company, location marking, bags tagging, stock adjustments, stock ledgers and
stock reports.
 Sales System including sales reports, collections from customers, refunds, adjustments,
customer ledgers, module to set off receipt against invoice, debtor aging report.
 Manufacturing Bond for Duty Free Imports including GD wise record of raw material (RM),
RM to production department, production of finished goods and sales of finished goods.

 Design data input screens, setups and reports in coordination with departments to cope with input and
output requirements including MIS reports.
 Propose and implement checks and controls in system to ensure reliability of system.
 Presentation of systems to directors and departments to get approval for system development.
 Presentation to Information System (IS) department to impart understanding of source of different
data required for system development under Oracle 11g
 Audit of variety of data correction requirements forwarded from different departments before
granting approval to IS department for data correction.
 Modify input, setups and reports for any change in system resulting from change in laws pertaining to
sales tax and income tax for registered / unregistered customers.
 Get variety of sales and inventory data in detail through SQL, summarize it in excel using different
formulas and functions (i.e. Vlookup, SumIf, CountIf, IsNA, If, And, Or, Find, Replace, Substitute,
Left, Right, Mid and Len etc.) and present to Manager / Director as required from time to time.
 Conducting semi-annual internal audits of various departments
