plan on that basis. I have assigned a name for the product as “Khairpur Date’s Juice”. Since the raw materials are
very much available in our district’s all areas. I have decided to give the product an indigenous image.
6. Khairpur’s Dry Date Juice is a kind of drink that provides the consumers with processed Date Juice in bottles.
After analyzing questionnaires we made some plan about location, building source of finance, price, product
promotion, and Channel of distribution. We selected our plant location at Shah Hussain Bypass, Khairpur, Sindh,
Pakistan and head office near Gareeb Nawaz hotel, Right of NBP Khairpur Main Branch. So we will get the raw
materials easily.
We keep our price relatively low than other soft drinks and fruit juice. We will place our advertisement at radio
& banner. We will distribute our product nearby shop of Khairpur district large cities in the form of bottle
packaging so that consumer can get it easily. The whole production process is in strict conformity with
international standards, and constant research and development all products. We are confident that our products
and services will satisfy the highest of standards our pricing policy will be reasonable and channel of distribution
will be convenience. So our target customers will get it easily. We hope that we will carry a good and competitive
market share in soft drinks and juice industry. Khairpur Date’s Juice provided superior value to their customer

Juice would be launched in the market at 250 ml. 500 ml. and 1 Litre bottle. I have set a reasonable price for the
product so that all kinds of people can afford to buy this soft drink. I have followed the Target Costing pricing
approach. I would gain a competitive advantage, as this is a first hit in the market.
I have targeted a huge market segment for the product. Khairpur, Sukkur, Ghotki, Nawabshah and Larkana are
large populated districts. Lots of people are looking for such a product. Dates are not available all the time. For
example: a person walking on the street. Suddenly he feels thirsty. Now if he wishes to eat date he cannot find it
easily. It is not always found in the right place at the right time. If I launch our product in the market, a person
willing to drink date Juice can have it from a nearby shop. At present this is not possible.
Our target market includes health conscious people, sick people, sportsperson & many other consumers, which I
have segmented from the Demographical, Geographical, and Psycho graphical & Behavioral point of view. I
wants to develop and introduce a new Product.
7. So, I have gathered information through in-depth interviews. I made a survey of the market to have a clear idea
about our market, our customer demand, needs and wants. This information helps us to know about the current

Initial financing requested of the company is 1,00,00,000 rupees loan to be paid off over five years from
National Bank Ltd & Habib Bank Ltd.
This debt will cover plant, office space, office equipment, and for supplies two leased vans, advertising
and selling cost.
The partners (Shan Company Ltd & Khairpur dates juice) will provided 1,00,00,000 rupees jointly. So,
