thepubictransportationthatmakesthesiteeasiyaccessibe¬iceabe.The
siteisasosurroundedbyofficebuidingthata owsopportunityforpeopeto
come afterworking hours.The eastpartofthe site is facing towards the
bouevard whie the westpartwas facing the Gombak River.This a ows
opportunityopportunitytoengagepeopewiththeriverthroughtheprogrammesproposed.

station,SogoMa ,DBKLandJaanTarthatishighyaccessibebypeope.

administration buidings.Therefore,users mosty sociaize in an indoor
spaceratherthanoutdoor.Thus,therearenotinteractionbetweendifferent
usergroupandothercommunity.
