BIOGRAPHY
September 2003, during his second year of college with the Faculty of Commerce -
Business Administration Department Mr. Abu-Shanab completed a Human Sciences
workshop called "The Psychology of People” with instructor Dr. Alaa Eldin Awad. This
course looked closely at the Myers-Briggs Test Indicator and his curiosity was sparked.
March 2004 became a transformational point in his life after completing the Self-
Confidence course with Dr. Ibrahim El-Fiky when it became clear he had discovered his
true north as it had an ultimate and profound impact on his character creating a lot of
positive change in his life.
Starting March 2005 and working part-time for Dr. Ibrahim El-Fiky (dba. International
Enterprise Inc.) Mr. Abu-Shanab worked through the ranks of the organization starting
as the Receptionist to Customer Service Advisor, followed by Assistant Manager of the
Canadian Arabian organization for training, and finally promoted to be the Executive
Manager by June 2009. Mr. Abu-Shanab was hired full-time to Dr. El-Fiky’s
organization in 2010 during his last college years as a Training Assistant for when
courses were offered in Egypt. These pursuits came to an end as the Egyptian
Revolution forced the need for the International Enterprise Inc. to downsize. He
graduated completing the Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Management as
well as the Career Certificate.
Mr. Abu-Shanab furthered his professional development with an internationally
certified training company called Lucid Training Co. Throughout 2011, he completed a
variety of courses that included: Hypnotherapist Line Therapy Practitioner, Neuro
Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Neuro Linguistic Programming
Practitioner and Meta-States Practitioner Certified.
After reaching the level of Time Line Therapy Master Practitioner he became a Training
Assistant in TLT, NLP1, NLP2 and NEURO SEMANTICS. These studies created the
rewarding opportunity to travel with eighteen other nationalities for an intensive led by
Dr. L. Michael Hall, the Neuro-Semantic Trainer of the Trainers (NSTT) held in Hong
Kong, China. This experience resulted in the privilege and opportunity to work
alongside Dr. L. Michael Hall in March 2014 as the Egyptian Team Leader for the
Associate Certified Meta Coach (ACMC). This course is a mastery certification course
offered in Egypt by Dr. Hall and his assisting team of five different nationalities.
Through these experiences Mr. Abu-Shanab has developed a broad perspective from
which to share his knowledge and provides engaging training in the dynamic and
progressive field of human development sciences.
