PTP Business Analyst
I joined AGCO and was involved immediately in the VMS/OTC/PTP implementation. As a leader
of the PTP team, I interacted directly with the user taking requirements, designing, resolving issues,
providing solutions. Actively participated in the test and redesign of third party interfaces with ECC/VMS.
Troubleshoot and test the interfaces to successful completion.
During the implementation I designed functional specifications and worked close to developers,
for successful results. Intense use of HPQC, for Integration testing process during the implementation.
Collaborated with the current company support, team located in UK to provide knowledge transfer
of the new implementation.
Worked with developers located in Budapest, which meant, clearly develop requirements and
processes to accomplish success on the implementation, to avoid misunderstandings due to language
issues.
Hyper care was provided in France working directly with the users until they could feel

reports and forms. Worked directly with the users getting feedback and preparing them for the changes they
would face with the new version of SAP that is it implemented for PWPS. Actively developed and test
Integration tests. I worked directly with the Master data conversion team assisting with the logic and
mapping of the Purchasing master data. Involved in Go-live cutover tasks and task prioritization for go live.
Support post go-live and issue resolution.
IBM Client: Peoples Natural Gas with SAP IS - Utility Solution
I joined this project in its realization phase and successfully lead to completion tasks involving
Functional specifications, Business Process Procedures, PTP configuration, Purchase Requisition Release
strategies, PO release strategies, Purchasing documents layouts, Service Purchasing, Release Strategies
Workflows, SME training. In this project I had the opportunity to learn about inbound and outbound ERS
IDOCs and perform the mapping of purchase orders sent to vendors. In the Final preparation stage I also
used this new acquired knowledge to review and correct IDOCs containing PTP master data loads.
My positive attitude and willingness to learn and get involved in different areas gave me the
opportunity to configure and manage Batch scheduling; Serialization of test meters; Manage Meter Test
Results, support that positively impacted the successful completion of other SAP IS modules tasks.

I rejoined the project three years after I had roll out. PNG had acquired more companies and needed help
organizing and preparing training material and courses for the new employees.
My involvement included organization the SAP courses in different SAP areas of HR Expense
Reporting, Time Entries, SCM Purchasing and Inventory Postings and CR&B Warranty Services; I also
prepared and created training material in areas listed above.
This project also added a new custom SAP module called Warranty Services which involves front end portal
interface and back end in SAP. This module was designed for the PNG and it required collecting of the
information and learning the module to create the appropriate training material and class. I performed in
person training for the new module Warranty Services and SAP HR Time Entries, and actively support in
person training of SAP SCM Purchasing and Goods Movement postings class.
My SAP knowledge and extensive IT experience supported the successful preparation and
performance of this time constrained training.
IBM Client: Abbot Laboratories
My role at Abbott was material master lead and directly collaborated with the Abbott team.
Performed SAP Material Master Classification configuration, number ranges and management as well as
maintenance of number ranges custom tables. Prepared and executed MDM Unit and integration test cases,
Managed and Tested MDM Interfaces with non-SAP ERP systems, coordinated with different divisions of
the Client. I gain respect from the Abbott Material Master counterpart team and the QA team for my
thoroughness in test executions and clarity on explanations in the different areas. I became their support
person to resolve doubts they had with other modules. I also gained expertise in HPQC and SOLman
systems that tightly supported the implementation.
I was directly involved with overseas developers reviewing and execution of the products resulting
from the requirements in Functional and Technical specifications.
I consistently accomplished my tasks on time and at times ahead of scheduled which awarded me
of several congratulations from the Client.
IBM Client: GM - Global Warranty Management
I joined the project during the design phase and quickly acclimated myself with the team and
project. I was able to quickly take on responsibilities for tracking key information that ensured successful
closure of the design phase and movement into the SIT testing phase. My tasks included the management
of translations, tracking the team's 530 documents and ownership of the Release Tracking Matrix. Each of
these objects required direct management of IBM and third party vendor team members. These tasks were
essential to IBM's tracking of functionality development and directly supported testing preparations. Based
on my leadership, I was given more responsibilities such as participating in Internal and Client facing Design
Sessions across all R10/Synergy functionality. I was also requested to manage multiple tasks related to the
use of the ALM testing tool. These included user ids for ALM users and SME user training to set up and
upload tests from Excel. Part of my responsibilities was to get involved with System Integration testing which
I finished successfully, some of these tests required third party and client coordination. This task required
knowledge of Oracle database SQL which I acquired in a short period of time.
I have used my communication skills and resourcefulness to help push the GWM project to a successful
delivery.
IBM Client: Caterpillar
I joined the BCP (CAT branch) project to manage and support the preparation of Material Master
quality entries prior to go-live. This included regular auditing reports and communication with the Material
Master Owner and BCP leadership. Later I had to manage and quality controlled the integration tests that
needed to be adjust an applied to the reality of BCP which were executed successfully.
Joy Global Inc (Former Joy Mining Machinery and P&H Mining Equipment)
February 2005 – September 2010 (5.5 years)
When I joined Joy Global as a Senior MM/IM Business Analyst (Procure to Pay and Inventory Management), Joy
had finished implementing SAP 4.7 and were undergoing an upgrade of SAP R/2 into R3 4.7 version for the P&H
branch of the business, at this time the project was in the Realization stage and I was involved in the definition and
design of PTP Documents and Configuration of Purchase Requisitions release Strategies, definition of functional
specifications of an in-house development of SNC (Supplier Collaboration) module which later on proved to be very
efficient and was adopted in every branch of the company that implemented SAP. During this stage I was also

involved in the preparation and execution of Integration tests. After the successful Go-Live of P&H I perform post go-
live to US branches. Rollouts around the world allowed me to perform support in South Africa and Australia while
preparing for the implementations of the South American countries and later on China in which my role became a
team leader on procure to pay for Chile, Brazil, Peru.
In my team leader role I was able to successfully gather requirements and configure the gaps for each country
which included Plants, Storage Locations, Purchasing Organization, Purchasing groups, Purchasing documents,
Purchase Requisitions Release strategies, Partner Functions, Price Conditions; I was directly involve in legacy data
cleansing and preparation of data files for legacy data loads into the SAP which included Vendor Master, Purchase
Info records, Open purchase orders, Source lists; Train the local SME. My tasks also involved the preparation and
execution of Integration tests; I was responsible to perform cutover tasks; go live rehearsal loads and testing;
Preparation of training documents and train the local end users; Post go-live support.
With my technical background I provided each implementation with efficient Functional and Technical
specifications for new requirements and existing functionalities within SAP.
During the Implementations of South America, the company did a technical upgrade to ECC 6.0 which required
regression testing in which I was directly involved.
My personal attitude in each of these projects always helped me gain the user trust and confidence, which in the
end lead to the successful implementations.
Pyramid Consulting
June 2004 – December 2004
Client: Consol Energy
I joined this project as a Material Management and Plant Maintenance consultant for a contract to
hire position in which I would join the company as an SME of the team for SAP upgrade. Down the line the
company realized that the upgrade was not necessary so my position was dismissed. In the six months I
spent at Consol Energy I executed Integration tests and Material and Equipment Bill of Material loads,
coordinated with the PM team. Part of the tasks included end user support and user training.
Delta Consulting

I was a member of this project for a period of three months during business blueprints stage. My
successful participation in the Latin-American implementation of SAP for Kimberly Clark Latin American
Operations, gave me the opportunity to work as SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management
consultant in the US SAP implementation at Kimberly Clark US Operations, becoming an active member of
the plant maintenance team where I documented business blue prints of integration on SAP Plant
Maintenance and Material Management (PTP). I managed the test cases preparation, built Business
Process Procedures, developed end user training and designed of functional technical specifications for
custom reports and master data loads. After the stage of business blueprints was ready the deadlines to
continue were put on hold and consultants were dismissed.
DC Client: Kimberly-Clark Project for Latin American Operations
Worked at KC LAO for 6 months as a Functional SAP Material Management Consultant SAP v4.6C
(Procure to Pay), I joined the PTP team and assist the PTP KC team leader. My role was to document and
configured Purchasing Release Strategies, Workflow administration, end user support for Latin America
users. Actively participated and delivered for the successful go-live of the Andean region of Kimberly Clark.
This work was performed in the US and on site which allowed close participation and contact with the local
users.
DC Wyeth Pharmaceuticals
I joined the Wyeth team to perform new plant configuration and storage locations, and my positive
attitude and willingness to cooperate, awarded me with the opportunity to join the SAP Plant Maintenance
team and work with the team for almost 3 years. SAP Plant Maintenance was a new module for me and I

could learned it fast and apply knowledge in a short period. I was part of a small team. My tasks involved
Master Data cleansing and load. I also performed SAP Plant Maintenance Configuration of Technical
Objects that included Functional Locations, Equipment, as well as Task Lists and Work Centers.
During this project I also had the opportunity to learn how to successfully create Integration tests
under FDA regulations.
I had the opportunity to work in SAP Security Analysis and Documentation of Profiles and Roles;
Roll out of 12 plants in Plant Maintenance that included all master data and technical objects; End-User
support and training; Define Technical Specifications; Define and Document BPP.

This was my first assignment being a US employee of Metamor, I participated of the Panasonic Project for a
couple of months as a PTP consultant and my tasked involved Analyze and develop Business Process Procedures in
a reorganization the company was performing after the Go-live. I also created Logistics report using LIS, which
helped the client analyze data as part of this reorganization.

PNG had acquired more companies and needed help organizing and preparing training material and courses for the new employees. My involvement included organization the SAP courses in different SAP areas of HR Expense Reporting, Time Entries, SCM Purchasing and Inventory Postings and CR&B Warranty Services; I also prepared and created training material in areas listed above. This project also added a new custom SAP module called Warranty Services which involves front end portal interface and back end in SAP. This module was designed for the PNG and it required collecting of the information and learning the module to create the appropriate training material and class. I performed in person training for the new module Warranty Services and SAP HR Time Entries, and actively support in person training of SAP SCM Purchasing and Goods Movement postings class. My SAP knowledge and extensive IT experience supported the successful preparation and performance of this time constrained training. IBM Client: Abbot Laboratories My role at Abbott was material master lead and directly collaborated with the Abbott team. Performed SAP Material Master Classification configuration, number ranges and management as well as maintenance of number ranges custom tables. Prepared and executed MDM Unit and integration test cases, Managed and Tested MDM Interfaces with non-SAP ERP systems, coordinated with different divisions of the Client. I gain respect from the Abbott Material Master counterpart team and the QA team for my thoroughness in test executions and clarity on explanations in the different areas. I became their support person to resolve doubts they had with other modules. I also gained expertise in HPQC and SOLman systems that tightly supported the implementation. I was directly involved with overseas developers reviewing and execution of the products resulting from the requirements in Functional and Technical specifications. I consistently accomplished my tasks on time and at times ahead of scheduled which awarded me of several congratulations from the Client. IBM Client: GM - Global Warranty Management I joined the project during the design phase and quickly acclimated myself with the team and project. I was able to quickly take on responsibilities for tracking key information that ensured successful closure of the design phase and movement into the SIT testing phase. My tasks included the management of translations, tracking the team's 530 documents and ownership of the Release Tracking Matrix. Each of these objects required direct management of IBM and third party vendor team members. These tasks were essential to IBM's tracking of functionality development and directly supported testing preparations. Based on my leadership, I was given more responsibilities such as participating in Internal and Client facing Design Sessions across all R10/Synergy functionality. I was also requested to manage multiple tasks related to the use of the ALM testing tool. These included user ids for ALM users and SME user training to set up and upload tests from Excel. Part of my responsibilities was to get involved with System Integration testing which I finished successfully, some of these tests required third party and client coordination. This task required knowledge of Oracle database SQL which I acquired in a short period of time. I have used my communication skills and resourcefulness to help push the GWM project to a successful delivery. IBM Client: Caterpillar I joined the BCP (CAT branch) project to manage and support the preparation of Material Master quality entries prior to go-live. This included regular auditing reports and communication with the Material Master Owner and BCP leadership. Later I had to manage and quality controlled the integration tests that needed to be adjust an applied to the reality of BCP which were executed successfully. Joy Global Inc (Former Joy Mining Machinery and P&H Mining Equipment) February 2005 – September 2010 (5.5 years) When I joined Joy Global as a Senior MM/IM Business Analyst (Procure to Pay and Inventory Management), Joy had finished implementing SAP 4.7 and were undergoing an upgrade of SAP R/2 into R3 4.7 version for the P&H branch of the business, at this time the project was in the Realization stage and I was involved in the definition and design of PTP Documents and Configuration of Purchase Requisitions release Strategies, definition of functional specifications of an in-house development of SNC (Supplier Collaboration) module which later on proved to be very efficient and was adopted in every branch of the company that implemented SAP. Pyramid Consulting June 2004 – December 2004 Client: Consol Energy I joined this project as a Material Management and Plant Maintenance consultant for a contract to hire position in which I would join the company as an SME of the team for SAP upgrade. Down the line the company realized that the upgrade was not necessary so my position was dismissed. In the six months I spent at Consol Energy I executed Integration tests and Material and Equipment Bill of Material loads, coordinated with the PM team. Part of the tasks included end user support and user training. Delta Consulting November 1999 – May 2004 Clients : Wyeth Pharmaceuticals ● Kimberly Clark Latin America ● Kimberly Clark US DC Client: Kimberly Clark US I was a member of this project for a period of three months during business blueprints stage. My successful participation in the Latin-American implementation of SAP for Kimberly Clark Latin American Operations, gave me the opportunity to work as SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management consultant in the US SAP implementation at Kimberly Clark US Operations, becoming an active member of the plant maintenance team where I documented business blue prints of integration on SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management (PTP). After the stage of business blueprints was ready the deadlines to continue were put on hold and consultants were dismissed.
