Telecommunications company
Grameenphone, widely abbreviated as GP, is the leading telecommunications service provider in Bangladesh.
With more than 70 million subscribers and 54% subscriber market share, Grameenphone is the largest mobile
phone operator in the country.

Conclusions
Through conflict self-awareness we can more effectively manage our conflicts and
therefore their professional and personal relationships. When we manage our
conflicts more effectively, we use less energy on the burdensome tasks such as
systemic conflict and get to spend more of our energy on our projects at work
and building our relationships
