HHSSEE DDuuttiieess::
 Act as HSE document controller to ensure proper handling, filing and
maintenance of all HSE related documents.
 Lead and monitor the implementation of emergency response.
 Provide guidance on HSE performance reporting.
 Provide technical HSE information and experience (data, techniques and
equipment specifications) to management.
 Advice on HSE on-job training and exercises.
 Assist in preparation of HSE cases when contractually required.
 Investigate accidents, record such accidents, prepare necessary reports, pursed the
corrective action and updated incident tracking sheet.
 Ensure the proper installation of the safety signs.
 Conduct safety orientation for newly hired persons and visitors.
 Provide immediately feedback to management level for any safety violation when
it is occurred.
 Monitoring critical tasks.
 Ensure that all safety precaution has been taken before commence any task.
 Inspect to ensure that routines related to inspection and maintenance of safety
equipment's is in accordance with standards requirements.
 Support and advice on proper implementation of HSE Management System
through sound implementation of HSE procedures and instructions in particular
procedures having direct effect on HSE Management System as follows:
