 Oversee the dailydocument control operations and coordinate site correspondence.
 Maintain a filing system identified by a simple coding system to obtain required documents within a short
time.
 Archive all contractual documentation; prepare updated status for project transmittal condition and
highlighting the delayed items.
 Work with all types of documents such as transmittal forms, material inspection request forms, work
inspection request forms, request for information forms, etc.
 Perform dailycheckson all documents uploaded into EDMS; ensure all documents are properlyuploaded
and submitted to consultant.
 Perform follow-up and review of open items with various trades as directed bythe General Manager.
 Ensure all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions and document status prior to submission.
 Distributedocumentsaccordinglyas perdocumentdistributionmatrixandmaintain an internal and external
registry.
 Maintain easyretrieval system for all project documents.
 Ensure all documents are checked and submitted on time prior to submission due date..
 Establish retrieval system in obtaining required information through network.
 Maintain original and electronic documents; keep all superseded revisions.
 Establishand maintainaneffectivefiling and archiving system for keep intact all the documents and files in
accordance with companyand archiving procedures.
 Established a numbering system for all documents and correspondence, MOM and other important
documents.
 Submittals, Pre Qualification Documents, Method Statements and other site based relevant documents.
