 Currently working as Project Coordinator and Drive Test Analyzer for STC 4G3 project.
 Primarily responsible for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance management of LTE Network. Test consists of
point Data Uplink & Downlink, Ping Test, handovers checking, Identify the cross-feeder issues rectify it through the
PCI.
 Coordinating with 19 DT Engineers and assigning individual tasks.
 Tracking and receiving data from all DT Engineers and processing the same.
 Identification of coverage holes in the area of interest based on Customer complaints.
 Responsible for checking the radio performance for the newly integrated LTE sites analyzing drive test logs.
 Monitoring consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters performance for better coverage of the site.
