assignment:
1. Handling and processing all license requests through STC License Request Portal
(iGATE) or through email (about 10 request daily). Pricing, BOQ, analyzing, advise
the best approach...etc.
2. Managing license and Microsoft agreement in the BMC Remedy portal (Creating
contracts, Creating license relationships, Upload documents, Update license
info, Generate reports...etc.)
3. Involved in any optimization project related to the asset management department
(Devoteam project, Flexera project, 2013, 2014 license project…etc.).
4. Creating and providing daily reports for the license requests status to the top
management.
5. Update the new EA, select, select plus, OPL license info in BMC Remedy.

A. STC 2013 and 2014 license projects which is:
Collecting all 2013 and 2014 license project ordered and purchased and all
vendor work orders information via: (Meetings with license requesters and
gathering license info “IP address, Host Name, PC location, User info,
Machine Type…..Etc.”) and update all those license on BMC system and
linking each license with his info.
Update any new request and linked it on the BMC Remedy with the proof of
purchase document attachment or any required document.
Update all contracts from the EA, OPL, OPV, Select, Select plus…etc. in the
BMC Remedy system.
Generate the reports from the BMC Remedy portal when required.
B. Flexera project which is:
Meet with Flexera team and understand the Flexera system.
Collect all STC licenses entitlement form 1998 till today and compare it with
Flexera report.
Exercise the BOQ from Flexera report and verify it with the BOQ from STC
licenses entitlement.
Make sure the report is contains all the data that is expected as a Flexera
guideline.
Make sure the license calculation scenario in the Flexera system is combatable
with Microsoft license calculation methods for all products.
