1. In the beginning of civilization people were used to be covered only by clothing. But with the time
there is adding fashion, comfort, age matching. Now a days it's getting new spirit with the research
and development of Designers. As much time is going on new concept are adding new
dimensions. Now designers are paying extra concentration to denim development. Whereas
previously denim item was used as heavy job wear as like cowboy, heavy industrial clothing. But
with the change of time it's getting fashionable appeal with public demand all over the world. This
is not only worn as shirt, pants bot also used as snickers, bag, wallet, household furnishing item.
As usually denim fabric was introduced as twill fabric like 3/1RHT, 3/1LHT, 2/1RHT, 2/1LHT.
But now a days denim fabric's structure has crossed it's these limitations. As time is going, there is
adding new structures like satin, herringbone twill, zigzag twill, broken twill, combined twill,
canvas, knit look. Besides this handfeel, stretchability, comfortability, wash effect is considering
ingredients. Specially stretch denim is highly prefferable for all ages people as both men's &
women's clothing. With this market demand now hiperflex fabric is special considered fabric to
developers. Hiperflex fabric denotes a fabric which stretchability is high and recovery is also high.
In that case comfortability of this fabric is specially considered. This sort of fabric is highly
preffered for easy movement, where both good look and comfortable feel is preffered by customer.
Development of yarn manufacturing like siro yarn, blended yarn, stretch yarn is assisting new
fabric development.
In case of blended yarn, synthetic fibre and natural fibres like cotton & polyester or lyocell &
polyester blended in a fixed ratio for achieving specific characteristic like strength, lusture.
In case of siro yarn, two roving is fed to ring frame to form a single ply yarn. In that case,
both roving can be of cotton; regenarated fibres like lyocell, modal, viscose or two different
regenarated or natural or natural and regenarated fibres. As a result yarn becomes softer, but it's
strength reduced.
Fabric produced by blended yarn gives almost same performance as 100% natural yarn, but it
helps to price reduction. Siro yarn introduces softer hand feel, but fabric strength get reduced. If
fabric produced with siro yarn is treated with softener, it performs as highly comfortable fabric.
In case of stretch yarn lycra or spandex is used as core and cotton, siro, blended or synthetic
yarn is used as seath. Now a days T400 lycra introduced super stretchability and recovery to
fabric.
