6. The hopper – supplies the pellets into the
barrel
The barrel – holds & melts the plastic at 270
deg.celisus
The ram – injects the molten plastic into the
mould
The Archimedes’ screw – feeds the plastic
along the barrel & helps to make sure the
pellets are molten
The Heaters – melt the pellets

14. Resin Dryer.
consist of ladder , steel reinforced platform
and two blowers fitted with air filter one for the
process air and the other for the regeneration
air.
The air remove the humidity of PET resin.
Hopper loader.

this is the main material drying hopper.
capacity : 6000 litre
Insulated with 10 cm glasswhool to save
energy.
Hopper loader :
This is 4-stage side channel vaccum blower to
load the hopper with Resin powder.

COMPRESSOR GA45. or kaiser compressor.
For chilled Water :
husky chiller which feed water at 15 deg. To
