Authority of the Armed Forces) Major projects management.
 Mivida (Eamar)
Construction of a world class standard residential compound (three Parcels contains around 320
Villas), beside the main water tanks and pumps building. The Contract includes civil works,
architectural works, interior &exterior top finishing works, MEP works, infrastructure, roads & extensive
landscaping including irrigation &lighting. The project Manager is TURNER.
 Park Avenue (Hyde Park)
Construction of a world class standard entertaining park consisting of tow uniquely designed 'class
A' Mall buildings. The total built up area is 800,000m2. Contract includes civil works, architectural
works, interior &exterior top finishing works, MEP works, infrastructure, roads & extensive landscaping
including irrigation &lighting. The project design is made by ECG, a leading design and consulting
firm in Middle East.
