SAY
1. When I finished university I decide to be an attorney at law. That means to do a
very difficult exam and if you pass it you get it!!
2. As soon as I passed my exam I entered the Attorney at Law School, because the
Law studies at the university and the exam are not enough to know how to work
as an attorney
3. Most of the lectures I had were of no use for me
4. We made some prectices with a senior attorney : I feel like a little duck following
duck dad, the attorney I had to learn with
5. They put me in the middle of the work, as attorney in a little village, just with a
pen in my hands
6. A master gives you knowledge about a part of Law, a deeper knowledge
7. When I finished the exam and became an attorney I went to the attorney school
before working and I feel like a little duck following duck dad, the attorney I had
to learn with
8. I have to work with the senior attorney at the mornings: he gave me a case and I
had to do my job as if I had did it before
SAY
9. Nobody ask me if I was prepared for that, I must be prepared
10. I went to the village where I hat to work with no idea about what I was going to do
11. I began to work making writtings and suddenly I had the first casa on my table
12 I do it as well as I could: it worked!!!
13. When I teach in the Master I try to give the pupils more knowledge about a part of the Law
14. A master gives you knowledge and more possibilities to get a job
15. A master does not certificate what you are able to do
16. I know there is people in my profession burned out because they didn´t faced the work well
17. I was worried about the punishments I asked for the crimes
18. Punishment for being a pacifist is the most horrible thing I had to do, but I was on the side of the law and
the law says the punishment

FEEL
He had fear, he was scared about what to do next
and how to do it
He followed the law but he was opposite to it in
some cases, what make him doubt about his job
THINK
He thinks the system works, it can be better, but
works
He never thought about changing the model
He never has thought about improving the way
to access to the attorney work
He thinks everybody has to have fear at job
STAKEHOLDER
• He is a very calm and collected person, with a
strong sense of justice. Justice and Law, Law
and Justice ae their passions. He works to
make them means the same and teach peole
to try to do as he does.
• Very serious and clever, talks slow and
searching for the right word.
PROBLEM/NEED
• The system to access to be an attorney at law
in Spain must be imrpoved
INSIGHT
• The actual access system to the attorney at
law profession in Spain does not secure the
support that the candidates need
