brings a wealth of experience to his current profile having worked in the ITES segment with both Operations and Business
Development in building, managing and growing specific BPO projects. Also in his 7 years of experience in Firstsource
Solutions, Naren effectively led and managed operations teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives servicing
Anuradha R
Director - Finance & Human Resource
Anuradha is the Finance & Human Resource Director at Nispana Innovative Platforms, and has more than 11 years of rich
experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Human Resources , Global Customer Service and Integrated Supply Chain
Management. Prior to Nispana, Anu has worked with companies like Honeywell, IBM, Infosys, TATA Tele Services.
Her strong experience in Finance & Human Resource gives her a great insight into project management and has a track
record of developing innovative programs that delivers process improvement, high productivity and standardization. Key to
this is her strong focus to attract and develop talented individuals, teams to build a highly engaged and capable workforce. Anu has a Post Grad-
uation in HR Management and is certified Six Sigma green belt professional with excellent interpersonal communication & organizational skills.

Sales Director
Jagadish Kumar as a Sales Director at Nispana heads the entire sales force which includes the sponsorship, delegates
and training sales teams. Jagadish joined Nispana in the year 2012 as Business Development Manager in sponsorship
sales and has always been on top of the game. He has 10 + year’s experience in the conference industry which includes
5 years in Delegates sales for European & MENA region with companies like GDS International, IQPC, Fleming Gulf India
and 5 Years in Sponsorship sales at IQPC, Fleming Gulf & Nispana. His skills include perseverance to achieve the desired
result, ability to understand the situation and act swiftly to ensure that the business is striving towards success. He is a
task master and ensures that he drives his team to achieve the desired result. Jagadish’s favourite past time includes music and he loves to
relish on home cooked food.
Reshma Thammaiah
