Research the propagating mechanism of light in the multilayer
parallel mediums that interleaved with metal layer and dielectric
material layer alternatively, and induce exclusively with
electromagnetic wave theory the calculus formula of ratio
extinction of the laminated polarizer to calculate and guide the
selection the optimum material combination adopted during the
production of this passive optic device. This kind of laminated
polarizer has its huge applications in the passive components
of the fiber optic communication.

 In charge of software architecture design of ZTE products such
as 3G/4G Access Gateway, virtual wireless LAN, LTE(Long
Term Evolution) virtual MCE(Multi-Cell Multicast Coordinating
Entity), NFC-OAM(Network Function Container, Operation And
Maintenance Micro-service ) over Kubernetes etc.
Further research of new software techniques, especially Open
Source Software distributed on the GitHub.
 As a project leader, independently designed the software sub-
systems of Database, logging and MQ(Message Queue) module
of LTE virtual MCE, and developed it with Golang language. To
cope with the challenge of knowledge reserve shortage and the
problem of manpower absence, I was self-driven to learn the
new software techniques of sqlite database, zeroMQ technique,
Seelog technique, and successfully integrated them into LTE
virtual MCE product, quickly deployed it into production. In the
meantime, I also trained and broadcasted the software
techniques above to my team members.
 As a Business Analyst, outputted the product design project of
NF-OAM/NFC-OAM jointly with other Business Analysts in the
same team. Proposed the software implementing solution of
NFC-OAM, including database model selection(MongoDB), the
YANG module file outputting and the message interfaces
definitions associated with NF-OAM(Network Function, O&M).
 Have comprehensive knowledge of current virtualization
techniques such as 64 and IA-32 processor architecture and
instruction set, Kubernetes, Docker etc. Have comprehensive
knowledge of ARM architecture and instruction set.

platform for TD-SCDMA/W-CDMA/GSM; senior system designer

 Primarily engaged in developing 3G/4G telecommunication
software platform, mastered from the kernel the memory
database system of the ZTE 3G/4G telecommunication software
platform. Proposed and designed one flexible memory database
triggering software technique to ensure reliable data dispatch.
This solution has been widely and effectively applied within ZTE
products such as 3G/LTE AG, TD-SCDMA, W-CDMA and GSM

Management System) of ZTE products such TD-SCDMA,

3.  Engaged in design and development of products such as
PHS(Personal Handy System), CSC(Cell Station Controller) and
CS(Cell Station). Closely collaborating with Japanese
researchers of Hitachi corporation, Kyocera corporation and
SANYO corporation to jointly develop the Cell Station series of
CS28a and CS28c. I was deeply impressed by Japanese serious
attitude towards work and the detailed plan in advance.
 In charge of developing OAM(Operation And Maintenance)
module of CSC/CS of PHS, such as signal tracing, log system,
CS configuration parameter dispatching, reading and storing.
 Responsible for development of link layer module of CS,
involving the LAPD protocol, X.25 protocol.
 Proposed and successfully submitted one patent to solving the
problem of the U-port order between CSC and CS. Developed a
signal tracing module to effectively record, save and restore the
real-time call signals between PS and CS.
2000.9 – 2001.5 Software System Designer, Lucent Technologies, Shanghai
 Design and Developed optical telecommunication equipment—
WDM(Wavelength-Division Multiplexing) software system. Within a
high efficiency developing team with members from different
countries(the team leader is from the USA, other members from
Norway, Singapore, Netherland, Canada, China mainland), we
cooperated intensely despite of the different cultural backgrounds
and built a busy and happy work environment. The western
colleagues were open-minded, persistent and serious, I grokked
from later work experience that all these qualities are crucial
factors to lead your work to success efficiently, serious attitude to
the work decide the quality of your product.
