I am writing this letter of recommendation for Ms. Mindy Henkins. It is with great pleasure that
I write this letter of recommendation for her because she was one of my stellar students in the
Human Services program at Rasmussen College (HUS 3110: Human Development Throughout
the Lifespan). Mindy is an extremely diligent and hard worker and possesses foundational
insight into the application of human service theoretical perspectives in a variety of practice
settings. Mindy is independent in her work ethic and takes well to constructive feedback from
her colleagues and from those who may provide supervision. I have been proud of the plight of
this young woman and see her doing great things due to her passion for social change and with
genuinely impacting in the lives of others. As her former instructor, I can vouch for her
phenomenal communication skills and the ability to perform at a level that will exceed the
expectations.
In sum, I strongly stand behind any opportunity that will allow Mindy to blossom as a
