The first step to front-of-house success

Equivalent to a 3-hour workshop, Customer Service Skills is an induction level course for new employees in restaurants, pubs,
bars, hotels and other hospitality premises. This engaging course gives learners an interactive introduction to the sector and
how to excel in their role.

Focussing on the important areas, this course is the foundation for consistently outstanding service when serving meals and
alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to customers. Essential working practices are explained including:

	       • How to serve the perfect pint
	       • Matching wine with food
	       • Dealing with an informal complaint


Key Information
Course Modules:

	       • Customer service
	       • Communication skills
	       • Bar equipment
	       • Bar service
	       • Food service

Duration: 2 – 4 hours.

Requirements: No prior knowledge of the sector or IT skills
required.

Delivery: SCORM compliant and available on CD, el-box™
or online via AIMS™.

(AIMS™ is our online learning management system,
accessible from any PC with a broadband connection. The
el-box™ is a touch-screen tablet PC pre-loaded with our
elearning courses.)
