What to know how to make Jamie Oliver's pizza dough recipe? This PowerPoint made by me has broken it down into simple steps to help you understand how to make it.
6. * Measure out 250 grams of flour
* Use a colander to make sure chunks of flour
don’t fall in
*
7. * Measure out:
* 3.5 grams of yeast
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 1 table spoon of olive oil
* 160 ml of luke warm water in a jug
* Put everything in the jug then leave for a few
minutes, turn around with fork
*
8. * Pour all of measured dough onto a flat surface
* Keep a hole in the middle to keep liquid
*
9. * Pour contents of jug slowly in to flour, it is best
to do this on a flat surface
*
10. * Use one hand to slowly mix the liquid and flour
together
* If the dough is sticky, sprinkle small bits of
flour on it
*
11. * Keep on kneading until dough becomes smooth
springy
*
12. * Put dough in a bowl, add some flour on top of
it and cover with a damp cloth, put in a warm
place for about an hour
* When the dough has doubled in size it means
its ready
*
13. * Place dough in a surface with flour, knead for
about 3 min to push air out
