Product Care
General Fabric and Product Care
Handling
• Fabric should always be handled in a clean area with
clean hands and equipment.
Cleaning
• An Emergency Stain Treatment chart is included with each product and
details how to effectively clean various types of stains.
• Machine washing and/or drying is not recommended for all fabrics or
constructions.
• Fabric may be ironed,on or off the frame.Use Permanent Press Setting and
non-waxed,non-inked paper between iron and fabric.Keep iron in constant
motion and avoid spandex edging.
Packing & Storage
• Be sure fabric is clean and dry before packing.
• Roll fabric for storage.Fold inside out or face in along seams.Do not fold
applied or silk-screened graphics.Pack in bag provided.
• Always pack silk-screened and vinyl graphics with wax-free,ink-free paper or
fabric shield to prevent its sticking to another surface.
• Pack in original shipping bags.Pack bags in corrugated cardboard box for
protection when shipping.Store product in a cool dry area (40º-80ºF).
Emergency Stain Treatment
1. Prompt treatment of any stain is essential to successful treatment.
2. Identify the stain before you treat it.The guide on this page will assist you
with treatment.
3. Use extreme care treating stains to avoid spreading the stain or creating more
damage.Too much moisture can cause water stains or spread stain.
4. Treat the stain with the fabric off the frame,if at all possible.Mark the stained
area with a box or tag using masking tape before removing for cleaning.This
makes it easier to find the stain when the fabric comes off the frame.Stain
removal will be more effective if you apply treatments from the side away from
the stain (usually the inside face of the product).This is not possible with
coated fabric (Coated fabric is fabric that has a sealant or wax-like surface.)
and fabric constructions that have a liner.Stains on either of these must be
treated from the stain side.
5. Treatment Details
• Lift,scrape or blot as much of the staining material off as possible.
(Blot with the provided white cloth or similar material.Avoid paper products.)
• Work from the outside edges toward the center of the stain.
• Masking tape can be an effective lifting device for drier materials like loose
dirt,pencil and ink.
• For stains not responsive to water,follow the chart above and the
manufacturer’s instructions.
• Most natural stains may be treated with distilled water.
• Apply water to the back of the stain,and force water through fabric by pushing
on the back side while stretching the fabric,or adding water while blotting,
using care to keep the wet area as small as possible.Repeat procedure until
the water is running clear.
• Rinse cleaners from fabric with distilled water,blotting from the outside of the
stain in towards the center and dry thoroughly to avoid spreading the stain.
Emergency Repair
Remove clear repair tape from repair kit. Cut to desired size.Peel off backing
and place over ripped area. THIS IS ONLY A TEMPORARY REPAIR.
*Note:The treatments listed above are general and may not be appropriate for all fabrics.

1. There are 13 Laminate Lower Wall Panels and 6 Lower
Corner Filler Strips. Panels P1 and P19 have Velcro for
attaching Graphic Panels. Panels P2 and P18 are Light
Boxes. Panels P4, P5 and P15, P16 are prepped for
Dimensional Graphic Plex Panels on Stand-Offs. Angled
Panels P7 and P13 have Velcro on the interior side for
Graphics and are prepped for Mounting Brackets on the
exterior side. Panels P9, P10, and P11 have full-height
Light Boxes on the exterior side. The Lower Corner Filler
Strips Velcro between angled Panels filling the gaps.
2. There are 11 Upper Header Panels and 6 Upper Corner
Filler Strips. Header Panels T1 and T16 Bolt to T17 Header
Beam. Header Panels T8 and T9 have Velcro to attach the
Dimensional Logo on the exterior side and also bolt together
at the joint. Panels T1, T2, T4, T6, T11. T13, T15, and T16

Conference Area Exploded View Assembly
1. Position the 3 Light Box Panels on the backside
and Velcro together. Use the Cardboard Templates
shown on the previous page to locate the Angled
Wall Panels P7 and P13. Velcro the Lower Corner
Strips to the gaps at the angled corners.
2. Using the Templates provided, Velcro the Straight
Side Panels P4 to P5 and P15 to P16 together.
Attach them to the Angled Panels P7 and P13.
Velcro the Lower Corner Strips to the gaps at the
angled corners.
3. Attach the Angled Light Box Panels P2 and P18
to P4 and P16 respectfully then, attach the Filler
Strip at the corner gaps as shown.
4. Velcro the Front Graphic Panel P1 and P19 to the
inside face of Panels P2 and P18.
5. Attach the Closet Panels P21 to P22 and P23 to
P24 using the 3" Eyebolts and Wing Nuts
fasteners provided at 3 locations each unit.
Velcro the Closet Wall Units to the interior side
of Panels P1 to P4 and P19 to P16 as shown
by the dashed line. Note the location of the Doors.
6. Attach the Upper Header Panels and Upper Corner
Filler Strips to the Lower Wall Panels as shown.
The Upper Header Panels have wood blocks that
fit into the top openings of the Lower Wall Panels.
7. Begin with the 2 backside Header Panels and
secure them together at the joint using the 3"
Eyebolts and Wing Nuts provided at one place.
Work around to the front side Header Panels
adding the Upper Corner Filler Strips to the gaps
created at the corners.
8. Secure the Header Beam T17 to the adjacent
Header Panels T1 and T16 using the provided
2" Eyebolts and Wing Nuts fasteners at one
location each joint. Openings in the top of the
Header Beam and Header Panels provide access
to the fasteners.
9. To adjust Wall Panels, use the provided Laminate
Strip to separate Panels at the Velcro.

Light Box Panels
1. The Light Box Wall Panels ship intact with
8 Fluorescent Light Fixtures Velcroed to
the inside Panel. Light Fixtures are wired
in-series and cable to a Power Strip inside
the Panel. Each Backlit Framed Graphic
Velcros to the Light Box Panel opening.
2. The Graphic Panel is sandwiched between
plex panels and is held in the Picture
Frame with spring clips. Refer to details
below for replacing the Graphic Panels.
To Replace Graphic Sandwich
3. Lay Picture Frame on a flat surface with
backside facing up. Remove Spring Clips
between Graphic and Metal Frame. Loosen
set screws and remove Top Horizontal
Frame Section.
4. Insert Graphic Sandwich Panel into Frame
and replace Top Frame Section. Refer to
details below.
5. Install Spring Clips between Graphic Panel
and Metal Frame. Compress Spring and
slide into place.

Please note that when removing panels,
use a thin tool such as a putty knife to
separate the Velcro. Separating the panel

Dimensional Graphic/Plex Sign on Stand-Offs
1. The Dimensional Graphic Panel consists of earplugs
inserted into pre-drilled holes in the Plex Panel to
form the 'Moldex' Graphic Logo. The Plex Panel
ships intact and protected to prevent damage during
shipping.
2. The Dimensional Graphic Panel mounts to the Left
and Right Side Wall Panels using Metal Stand-Off
fasteners as shown at right. The Corner Stand-Offs
attach to Nutserts imbedded into the Wall Panels
at 4 locations each Panel. Then insert the Plex Panel
onto the Stand-Off Stud and secure with the Metal
Cap.
3. The Center Top and Bottom Stand-Offs serve as
spacers only and do not attach to the Wall Panels.
Simply insert the Stand-Off Base into the prepped
hole in the Plex Panel from the backside and
secure with the Decorative Metal Cap in the front.
Attach Metal Stand-off to Nutserts imbedded into Wall Panel. Do Not overtighten fasteners. Insert Plex/Graphic
into Stand-Off Base Studs and Secure with Decorative Metal Cap provided. There are 2 Plex Stand-Off Panels
with 4 Metal Stand-Offs each (Corners Only).

Box Beam/Column Attachment Details
1. The 7 Laminate Columns ship intact.All 4
Display Columns are 13" sq. and 110" in-height.
Both Corner Columns are also 13" sq. and 120"
in-height. The Center Column is 20" sq. and 120"
in-height. All Columns are labeled and should be
positioned as shown.
2. Secure the Box Beams to the Columns, Center
Column and or to the Conference Wall as shown.

1. The 4 Product Display Laminate Counters consist of a
Panel with a Swing Door, a Panel without a Swing Door
and a Laminate Counter Top. The Counter Panels and
Counter Tops are labeled and should be positioned as
shown in the Plan View above.
2. The Counter Panels Velcro in between two Columns.
Use the provided Laminate sheet to attach and separate
the Panels from the Columns at the Velcro. The Counter
Panels are slightly angled between the Large Column
and the Smaller Outer Columns.
3. Velcro the Angled Laminate Counter Tops to the top of
the Counter Panels.

1. Attach the Front Laminate Header Beam to the Corner Columns
labeled C3 and C4 using the Eyebolt fasteners provided at 1 location
each end or Column.
2. Velcro the Dimensional Logo Letters to the Upper Header Panels as
shown below. Velcro on the Header Panels position the Letters in the
correct location.
Please Note: when removing 3D letters, use a
thin tool such as a putty knife to separate the
velcro. Separating the letters from the fabric
panel by force can damage the letters.
