There are many issues facing families and adolescents
today including depression, anxiety, phobias, conduct
disorders, defiance, and anger to name a few. If your
family is experiencing concerns of this nature, you may
be in need of outside help.
Rawhide’s Youth and Family Counseling program
provides individual, group, and family counseling to
children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with
a variety of behavioral and mental health issues, relational
difficulties, or personal concerns.
Your counseling sessions will be a collaborative effort
between you and your professional therapist and will
encompass social, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and
spiritual dimensions.
Your counselor will assess your individual needs and then
work with you to develop a treatment plan with
measurable goals that specifically address your problem
areas. A variety of treatment interventions, methods and
assignments will be carefully tailored to assist you in

Equine Assisted Therapy
Rawhide’s Equine Assisted
Program (REAP) is available

facility. Equine therapy is a

therapy that uses horses to
engage you or your family in
activities that elicit feelings
