The Sweet Pea Project assists victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking who are pregnant or newly parenting. They provide services like emergency shelter, assistance obtaining housing, connecting clients to advocacy and other local services, home visitation, parenting resources, and items for infants/toddlers. Their goal is to promote safety, well-being, and healthy families in the community. They accept referrals from various organizations and providers. Pregnant or newly parenting clients who feel unsafe in their relationships can contact them for confidential support services.

or young child can be an exciting
time for relationships. For some
couples it can also be a time of
stress and even violence.

2. Honor Confront Hope
Sweet Pea Project staff are specially
trained to help women who may be at
risk for entering the Child Welfare
system.
We are there to assist you in the
event Child Welfare becomes
involved in your life. This includes
support during court hearings, family
decision meetings, and assistance
with communicating to Child Welfare
staff. Our goal is to promote a
positive outcome for your family.
All services offered through the
Sweet Pea Project are confidential
and individually designed to give you
the support necessary to parent your
children.
The Sweet Pea Project offers a
shelter from the storm, a safe place
for a mother and child to continue
the development of a loving bond.
