Adolescent Substance
Abuse Treatment
If you have concerns about your teen’s use
of alcohol and other drugs, call Amanda at
364-5686 for a substance abuse assessment. This program provides individual and
group therapy to help educate teens on substance use risks, increase coping skills, and
assist youth with making healthy choices.
(Note: This program also meets requirements for teens involved with the court system due to Underage Drinking citations.)

Evidence Based Practice
Anxiety Group
We are currently taking referrals for a treatment group for anxiety planned to start in
January/February. Group meets two hours
per week for 8-12 weeks, depending on the
needs of the participants. If you are interested in this evidence based group and willing
to work on treating your anxiety within and

Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT) Group

Skills Based Therapy Group designed for
adults 65–100+
Meets Dec. 13. Group meets the 2nd Friday
of each month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at
the Occupational Health, Sports and Family

Pie, coffee and tea are served. We focus
topics on enjoying and meeting the challenges of this phase of life. Facilitated by
