• Near 90% ofStart-up are launched by Young Entrepreneurs
without a proper market survey, a clear understanding of their
business and all constraints or opportunities:

Need for guidance and coaching.

12. Programme visibility & Sustainability
• The visibility will be managed through various channels:
– TV: a monthly show, summarizing for each Winner all steps he
went throuth i.e. casting, training for business planning,
preparation of the project, selection and installation in the
Incubator KOLISA;
– YouTube channel, broadcasting on a weekly basis all
important steps Candidates went through;
– Social Networks, with daily photos, videos, updates.
• The sustainability of the program is granted by :
– financing of the Start Up by Equity Bank once the project
matures and the business plan is approved;
– coaching and mentoring of the Promoter byDELLIONS;
– Stakeholders assistance to extend the programme outside
Kinshasa after 2018.
