Duties: Developed the initial sales strategy, marketing campaigns, pricing, and the
website concretejacky.com. Managed a small sales team of estimators where the target

Duties: Sold phone service packages, long distance, cell phones, and high speed DSL
internet to residential and small businesses. I also managed a team of 12 to 15 Account
Executives for 3 years during my tenures.
Achievements: Received Presidents Club awards, achieved top 5% sales status overall
during my tenure, and received award for most outstanding attendance. As a team leader
my team consistently achieved top 10% status during my team leadership tenure.

Outside Sales/Team Leader
Duties: Sold custom printing solutions to Midwestern states to include Nebraska, Iowa,
Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado. Travel was approximately 50%.
Achievements: Achieved 160% of goal during my time as a Territory Manager and was
promoted to Team Leader of 3 to 6 Territory Managers.
Policy Studies Inc. Omaha, Nebraska. May 1990 to January 1996
Child Support Enforcement Investigator.
Duties: Negotiated temporary child support orders In Juvenile Court with Attorneys of the
parents and presiding judges. Enforced these orders thru investigative techniques to
include all facets of skip tracing and wage garnishments.
Accomplishments: Policy Studies was a private company which received the contract from
the State of Nebraska. Successfully established new policies and procedures of which
most are still in enforce this day. Grew revenue by over 350%.
