Results:
Participated in a large team approach toward the creation of a unified and cohesive core curriculum resulting in an increase
in API subgroup improvements of 15% per year per site.
Initiated and supervised BTSA and PAR services to improve support toward experienced, low performing staff. Efforts
resulted in an 18% increase in satisfactory professional evaluations district wide and a 22% increase in teacher retention.

Instrumental in developing an organization that earned California Distinguished School honors and a National Blue Ribbon winner in

Jose Community College in the creation of the premier Middle College organization in California.

Successfully shared the lead of a high performing organization. The school was the recipient of National Blue Ribbon
recognition and achieved distinction as a California Distinguished School.

Supervised an award-winning College-Career Counseling Department that initiated ground-breaking programs and activities

amounting to over $2.8 million dollars in total, etc.)
The school achieved an API of 831 at the time I left service with over 18 Senior graduated being accepted to Stanford
University.
