Duties and Responsibilities
Timely reporting, tracking and analyzing customer and brand periodic sales

Client :Unilever Zimbabwe Customer Development Department
Period :9 months (October 2011 to June 2012)
Description of Project :U2K2 was a Business transformation program that
intergrated business functions into one comprehensive ERP system called SAP. I
went to Kenya in November 2011 for Expert training and trained the Zimbabwe team
how to use the SAP Sales and Distribution Module. I was the Key user during the End
User Acceptance test (January 2012 to March 2012) and the system went live on the
1st
of April 2012 and soon after Go Live, I took the role of Key User and Process
Expert during the System Intensive Care period.
2. Project Title :ULTRA Implementation
Designation :ULTRA Specialist Zimbabwe
Client :Unilever Zimbabwe Customer Development Department
Period :4 months (July 2011 to October 2011)
Description of Project :ULTRA Implementation was a project that implemented
the Mobile ULTRA system across the Unilever Key Distributor Customers. I worked
with a team of 3 Implementers as the Project Leader and the project was successful
and currently the system is running well.
