• Can’t do material justice in one day 
• Some competencies lend themselves to group 
work, individual work 
• All aspects will be discussed in class

• Self Assessment 
• Interactive training 
• Homework 
• Work Group 
• Discussion with Manager 
• Coaching Call

Flexibility 
• Happy to work with you to meet your time lines – 
e.g. if December 2013 is drop dead date for first 
three deliverables – we will adjust approach 
• Willing to adjust to different needs of 
management versus senior leader cohort 
• Very amenable to learning from pilot and 
bringing in new approaches to final

Knowledge of the Region Means We 
Can Be the “Golden Thread” 
• Given the number of development programs, 
there needs to be some integration so 
participants know how things work together 
• Also you want to be able to have the trainers 
make connections to leadership 
competencies, values, citizens first model, 
etc…
