A) Part-time/ interim CFO
Functioning as a part-time or temporary Chief Financial

senior management responsibility for all financial and
accounting matters, including:

work of the current Financial Controller/Chief
Accountant;

· Overseeing the external audit: selecting the auditor;
ensuring a smooth, cost-effective audit; dealing with
reporting issues;
· Regular communication with the CEO/Managing
Director; and
· Special projects carried out on behalf of the
CEO/Managing Director.
Part-time CFO services will
benefit the CEO/Managing

function without a CFO because
of their limited size and
resources, but that would value a
CFO-level supervision of the
activities and financial reports by
their Accounting Department
Interim CFO services will benefit
companies:
· with a protracted period
between the planned
departure of the former CFO
and the commencement of
the new CFO;
· with a protracted period until
the commencement of duty
of the first CFO; or
· experiencing the unplanned
departure of their last CFO.
Greater reliability can be placed
by the CEO/Managing Director
and the company’s parent
company, on monthly financial
statements and other
accounting reports.
The CEO/Managing Director can
consult at will with the CFO and
access consultant’s business
acumen and experience
The time of the CEO/Managing
Director is freed up to devote to
other areas of the company’s
operations.
The external audit will be
completed smoothly, cost-effectively
and with a minimum
of reporting issues.
