accounting & compliance (F&A) functions of an organization. He is a partner to the
Entrepreneur/CEO, who provides critical financial inputs for decision making.
 As all organisations including SMEs face numerous business complexities and
challenges they can benefit if the F&A function is managed by an expert as the CFO
on a contractual basis.

9. Engagement Model - Retainership
 Aurel services are offered on a monthly retainership
 The scope of services are designed taking into consideration the Client
business complexities, its needs and concerns
 The actual scope of services defined for an assignment may not include all
of the services mentioned preceding slides.
 The retainership fee is based on the scope defined for the assignment
 A member from Team Aurel is designated as a CFO for a Client
 The CFO from Team Aurel is not a consultant but an integral part of the
Client Organization responsible for the Finance Function
 Routine accounting and reporting is the responsibility of Clients Account
Department. Team Aurel will supplement the efforts where necessary to
streamline the accounting and reporting initially for a separate fee.

10. Engagement Model - Assignment
 Aurel can also offer its services on a assignment basis
 In an assignment model, the Client may request Aurel to undertake a
specific service for a specific period of time or for a specific defined objective
 The assignment is carried out for a fixed fee as agreed
