20. A big Organization signed contract with Govt. for accepting LD on whole
product till one small part is left for supply. The company incurred a loss
of Rs 300 crores (USD $ 50 Million Dollars).
• All Consultants Approved the contract
• All management approved the contract but CFO. MD Ignored.
The company had multiple entities with big Profits, Big Losses, Carry
forward losses, Minority Shareholdings issue, SEZ Profit issue, BIFR case
apart from Holding companies problem of respective entities.
