wages, lemon law, consumer affairs, construction collection, contract disputes, and criminal defense.
Conduct client intake interviews, negotiate settlements with the opposing party, and draft demand letters,
settlement agreements, complaints/answers, motions, and discovery/interrogatory requests/answers.
Represent clients in civil and criminal court matters in small claims, district court, and superior court.

Worked in a national advocacy firm, focusing on SSI and SSDI claims.
Conducted case development which involved daily interactions with clients and the social security
administration, conducted client intake, prepared clients for their expected testimony, gathered evidence
from clients and medical providers, wrote pre/post hearing memorandums, and represented over 150
clients at live social security administrative law hearings in over 25 different states.
Actions taken during administrative law hearings included: presentation of the client’s case to the
administrative law judge, addressing issues brought by the administrative law judge, and conducting
direct/cross examinations of the client and experts.
Recipient of 2015 Client Advocacy Award which is given to the employee who has consistently exceeded all
expectations, providing outstanding service in advocating for our clients.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Other work during law school included being a summer associate at General Electric’s in-house counsel
department, deck hand for Entertainment Cruises, and a volunteer assistant lacrosse coach at Wentworth
Institute of Technology.
After the bar examination, I also worked as a substitute teacher for grades K-12, food runner at Davio’s
Northern Italian Steakhouse, campaign staffer for Barry Finegold, candidate for Massachusetts Treasurer,
and part-time associate for Charlotte Murphy, Esq. assisting with family law matters.
