• Created DC Council Approval Packages for multiyear contracts or contracts in excess of one million dollars.
• Reviewed all Housing Authority HAP contracts and helped settle a litigation dispute arising out of HAP
contract.
• Analyzed grant agreement worth $990,000 to determine obligations under grant and for potential conflicts
with HUD and agency regulations.
• Drafted final versions of settlement authorization memorandum and settlement agreement for small claim
against Agency.
• Resolved procurement dispute created by conflicting provisions of DC Code.
• Conducted research on HUD regulations, MOU’s, procurement, and corrective deeds.
