• Maintain the flows of pressures of gas using computerized software.

• Complete Permit-to-Work forms for contracting companies on site
• Inspect contract work to ensure company standards and safety requirements are met
• Record frequent data logs of; flash tanks, booster pumps, solution pumps, recycled
compressors, residue compressors
• Adjust temperature, pressure, level, flow rate, and/or transfer of gas to maintain
processes at required levels or to correct problems
• Strive daily to recover ethane from the natural gas stream with virtually no loss of propane and
heavier components
• Monitor the stabilization and transportation of natural gas liquids or field condensate
produced through pressurized and atmospheric vessels
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning of all processes while keeping data
logs on inspections
• Change filters, valves, and monitor daily gas temperatures, pressures, concentrations and flows
• Pull pigs from pig receiver, maintain / replace pumps as necessary, change filters and pull
screens from y-strainers
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust controls to operate equipment in the recommended or
prescribed operating ranges
• Visually inspect equipment and controls at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for
repair, adjustment or lubrication
• De-pressure equipment and pipelines, operate valves, monitor plant and pipeline operations and
respond to emergency or upset conditions
• Operate under Process Safety Management (PSM) as required
• Implement safe work practices and participate in proactive safety culture while ensuring
safety for the facility, public and environment at all times
• Train new plant operators and employees and ensure their success through correct company
procedures and expectations.
