1. To whom it may concern: Miss Wei Bai (11/10/15)
I have known Wei from 2013-2014 in my capacity as tutor in Mathematics, Statistics, and
Biomedical and Life Sciences at the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom.
As part of her studies, Wei studied two modules which I taught and these include
Probability and Measure, and Topics in Modern Statistics. Wei excelled in her coursework
and earned excellent grades in these two modules which put her in the top 5% in the class.
She was very timely and punctual in classes. Her attendance was excellent and she has
always been an active participant in each workshop, often leading discussions and
formulating interesting opinions and theories about certain topics under discussion. Wei
disseminates difficult concepts in a way that ensured that her audience could understand and
speaks clearly in a confident manner.
As a tutor and researcher, I strongly believe that Wei has an array of strengths which are
very relevant to postgraduate studies. She pays great attention to details, demonstrated
excellent organizational skills, always handing in her well-written work in time. Wei was
able to solve most problems encountered quickly and effectively. She is a friendly individual
who is bright and motivated and always willing to learn and develop new ideas and skills and
helping others to overcome challenges.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Wei without any reservation to any organization
that may need her services. Assuming her performance in my classes at Lancaster University
is an indication of how well she would perform when given the opportunity in the workplace
or in her future careers, I believe strongly that she will deliver successfully and will be an
asset to the organization.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Justice Moses K. Aheto
