To whom it may concern:
I have known Megan Sullivan for over ten years, having had the pleasure of working as a team member
of hers for six. During that time I have experienced her professionalism on several occasions working on
joint projects for the betterment of our entire team. She has the ability to multi-task in a high stress
environment while making it look easy. I personally have witnessed Megan handle varied objections
with precision that truly displays her ability to react “in the moment,” in a trusting, professional manner.
Megan’s key strength is that she has a tremendous amount of energy in her personality. She is the type
of person that makes doing the most mundane thing enjoyable and can always pull the positive out of
any given situation. She is the type of person you want on your team and you want around. She is very
practical, logical and honest. Factors which make people feel very comfortable around her and
extremely approachable. Her work ethic is driven to achieve, which come natural being a self starter,
reliable and takes pride in making a difference and getting things done.
The most important lesson I have learned in my professional career both in management and as a co-
worker is still the old adage, “hire for character and train for skill.” There is no doubt in my mind that
Megan Sullivan has the effective sales, management, and personality skills to succeed in any profession
she desires. I can personally attest to Megan’s ability to elevate an organization and have the highest
respect for her character and integrity and I would recommend her without reservation for any position
within your organization.
