I 001 is present here to share some information about “how to become a better leader ?”the first thing that comes to our mind after hearing this is that who is a leader
Leader is the person that leads or commands a group, organization, or country.
Leader is a person who influences a group of people towards the achievement of a goal.
Leader is a person who is in charge and convinces others to follow
A great leader inspires confidence.
Types of leaders: -
Dictatorial, authoritative, consultative, participative team style.
Therefore if you want your staff to be punctual and follow the rules, you should be the first person to do so. Be at work on time or even early.
Leader must be dressed accordingly for the occasion. Surveys show that if a person is dressed perfectly he feels himself more confident and is able to perform well and this increases its efficiency by more than 40%.
When you have a good tone, your staffs will respect you, and consider you a good example to follow.
Great leaders don’t tell you what to do they show you how it is done.Leading by example creates a degree of loyalty and overall success that cannot be achieved through issuing orders from a lofty office.
The difference between leader and a boss is very important, a boss says go but a leader says lets go.
When you are humble, you will see others good points to respect them.Humble – having a modest opinion of ones own importance or in simple words keeping self importance low.
This will help you from SCOLDING or SHOUTING when your staffs do something wrong.Modest – not showy or showing regard for conventional decencies.
If you have a little humility your staffs and customers will feel safe and reliable when working with you.
Everyone has something good for us to LEARN FROMThus, do not think that the people who are at lower positions than you at work have nothing for you to DISCOVER.
We can set up a daily goal for this so that we can gain as much knowledge as we can ! Such that it will help in increasing our efficiency to take better strategic decisions.
Leader must share all types of information throughout the company and across all levels.
Besides learning from your staffs, you should also share what we have learn outside to them.
This will help your team know more about the market and WORK BETTER to meet its demand.
