somebody who does one or a few of the following:
1. Solves problems
2. Gets work done
3. Improves processes
4. Does new things
10. Hacks / overdelivering
1. Get a warm introduction / recommendation
2. Think of a creative format of your application
3. Think of a creative way your send your application
4. Send your application directly to decision makers (not only HRs)
5. Make something for the company BEFORE your apply:
a. A written plan to do, improve, solve something;
b. Get them more customers;
c. Get them positive publicity - invite them on campus, interview them, etc.;
d. Suggest how to upsell customers, improve processes, build sth new, solve a problem;
e. Present a research, growth strategy, project...anything relevant to your skillset.
