• If you don’t know how to help, know what resources are available
• Give yourself time to mourn, then find someone you trust to talk about it
• Educate ourselves. Become an advocate, or take gender studies
• Be an activist so we can change the culture
• Survivors – remind ourselves that it wasn’t us. It wasn’t our fault.
