RE: Huimin Cai
To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Huimin Cai for over six years. She worked directly under my supervision while she
was serving as a full-time, volunteer representative of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints in Sydney, Australia in 2006-2007.
Ms. Cai is an outstanding individual. She came to Australia with some basic Englishs, but worked
diligently to improve her ability to communicate effectively. She has excellent people skills and a
wonderful sense of humor which consistently demonstrated a nuanced understanding of the
English language as well as an especially high degree of emotional intelligence. Huimin always
got along well with all whom she worked as well as those she served as a teacher and provider
of community service. She was a great example to her peers.
Huimin was timely and thorough in her weekly written reports. She has absolute integrity and an
exemplary work ethic. It would be an honor to serve with her again and I would hire her without
reservation.
Ms. Cai has kept in touch with me over the years and I have tracked her growth and
development as she has pursued her higher education. She will prove to be an excellent
employee and valued colleague.
