Provided support for Sales Representatives covering several states from Canada to Texas and Minnesota to
Wyoming. Duties included accounts payable (200+ transactions per month) on a daily basis, matching
those invoices with shipping documents to ensure that product was shipped in a timely manner. Handled all
accounts receivable (100-150 transactions per month) both electronically and on paper. Processed bank
reconciliations for several accounts as well as all credit card statements. Handled cash and deposits using
