specific to the type of Ethernet that is
being set up.

- These are active network
elements.
- They have a series of RJ45
ports used to connect to the
network nodes.

IP transfers information to the destination computer.

Its function is to identificate a

Internet to be posible to locate it
quickly and accurately.
