and conducts locker inventory. Assist security personnel in
checking the lockers left unlocked by the employees and give
them verbal warning.
 Prepares list & postings of perfect attendance (monthly &
quarterly)
 Prepares certificate & facilitate the awarding for perfect
attendance
 Organize & facilitate a birthday treat to every employee
 Prepares materials needed for the CSR activity
 Take active participation to organize & facilitate the CSR
activity
 Assists in activities of Security Committee.
 Conducts orientation to newly hired employees
 Actively participate in 6S & shuttle committee
