- 11. • On-the-Job Training Program • Reimbursement of 50% of participant wages during training (up to six months) • Federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit • $2,400 - $9,600 maximum credit • Utah Veterans Tax Credit • Up to $4,800 maximum credit • Employment Internship Opportunity (up to three months) • 100% wage reimbursement plus $150 monthly bonus for training/mentoring • Federal Bonding Program • Use of DWS facilities for recruitment, screening and assessment with a team of 100+ workforce development staff to support hiring needs WORKFORCE SERVICES TRAINING SUPPORT & TAX CREDITS
