- Report on Economic Development Strategic Plan We have had many guests join us for presentations. Our first project was the Governor’s request for each County to present their Strategic Plan. We have a monthly report of the RFI opportunities from EDCU Tour of Cache Makers Rural Incentives, Grants Announcements of ED events local and state wide, Venture Forum, Silicon Slopes, Business Summit, Governor’s Economic Summit, etc…
