opportunity (for example through virtual
collaboration, using news touchpoints…)

We are in the big data era. We have access to
too much information, presented to us in a very
unfriendly way; we have the goal to make the

Through an analysis and design spirit we can
convert the big data in a sexy data making a
better user experience. The things must be easy

I believe that in this new environment is more
important the contact in front of the impacts.
And the way to achieve this contact is through
the content. But no any kind of content, we
have to find the match between the things that
we want to say and the things that our
consumer wants to hear. This is the relevant
content.
Also I consider that although we are in front of
global users we need a personalized
communication.
