3. Process Architecture?
A process architecture is a visual, hierarchical model of the processes of
an organization. It is a critical business blueprint that guides decision-
makers and executes strategy.
Process Architecture is the overview of a set of business processes that
reveals their inter-relations, which may be extended with guidelines
to determine the various relations between business processes

Pak Suzuki has played an impetus role in the engineering sector by promoting and
encouraging the downstream vendor industries in the private sector.
Currently there are about 143 local vendors for difference parts whereas there are
more than 10 foreign suppliers for some major components.
Pak Suzuki is one of biggest leading company in automobile industry, Pak Suzuki
supply chain management consist many more things such as clearing customs
documentation, importing/exporting parts locally or internationally, Inventory
Planning, Improvement in supply chain to mange shipments and many more etc.
