Hearing Impairment
Our school completed the activities of month February about hearing
problems. On 6th
February, we made a brainstorming about the term
“Hearing problems” and we watched two videos on youtube.

On 12th
February, students had their first experience with greek sign
language. We introduced ourselves using the greek alphabet and we played
pantomime. On 20th
February, we watched our partner’s videos, in which
they use sign language and two videos on youtube. One about words in sign
language about family and one greek song. We tried to learn some words…

Also, we wrote some wishes to our partners on computer using sign
language.
Finally, on Friday 27th February, our school and 4th Primary School of
Pyrgos Ileias had a skype meeting about sign language. We introduced
ourselves with sign language and we played a game all together! Students
made a word or sentence with sign language and our students tried to
guess which word was..We had a wonderful time!!!!!
