Sales Associate, June 2014-August 2016
• Assisted customers with sales, in person, over the phone, and virtually in order for sales to be
made in every possible way. A high level of communication skills were needed especially in
situations where customers had trouble understanding prices
• Acted as closing cashier by correctly counting cash in each cash drawer, removing any cash
reserves or deposit, from each drawer, and organizing sales receipts to sustain security within the
store.
• Supervised the training of two new Sales associates over a two week period in busy clothing
store by first having them partake in shadowing, then start to assist customers. With guidance,
the new employees would be comfortable assisting customers to the best of their abilities
